TE IKA WHENUA HAUORA

Te Ika Whenua Hauora delivers a range of health services for people living within Te Ika Whenua with the aim of ensuring positive outcomes for the community, iwi, hapu and whanau.  Services include a Mental Health Team (lead contract Poutiri Trust), a Community Action On Youth And Drugs Team contract with the Ministry of Health, and a Diabetes Education and Intervention Programme (lead contract Nga Kakano Foundation).
