Poutiri Community Practice Ltd
Poutiri Community Practice trades as Owhata Surgery. It was acquired by Poutiri Trust in February 2002. The practice is based in Rotorua and is affiliated to Health Rotorua PHO. At 30 June 2010 Owhata Surgery had 6,668 enrolled clients.
The practice has six doctors - Dr John Armstrong, Dr Grant Phibbs, Dr Roz Wilson, Dr Des Epp, Dr Nicky Sanky and Dr Ann Dibley.
The Practice Manager is Angelah Heurea. Five part time receptionists and five part time nurses provide administration and nursing support to coordinate effective services for both clients and practice.

Whakatane Medical Practice
Whakatāne Medical Practice is known as Med Central, and was acquired by Poutiri Trust in 2005. It is affiliated to Te Ao Hou PHO. The GP services are provided in Whakatāne. Outreach clinics operate for four half days a week at Taneatua, and one day a week at Waimana.
Dr Tim Insull is the Operations Manager for the practice, as well as providing GP services alongside Dr Sangita Bharatia.
The Practice Manager is Amanda Wilson. Two part time receptionists and two part time nurses provide administration and nursing support to coordinate effective services for the practice and outreach clinics.
