Ngati Kahu Hauora

This year there were two Outstanding Clinical Workers Awards, for two women who operate as a very impressive team out of Ngati Kahu Hauora, working in Kaupapa Maori Community Clinical Support Services. 

Exceptionally well qualified with Social Work degrees Monique and Kelly deliver Excess Breath Alcohol Workshops and their brief interventions are proving very successful. Monique and Kelly know and understand abstinence and the far-reaching consequences of alcohol and other drugs. They also understand the importance of new goal setting to enhance well-being and health lives lived to the full.
